The above items come with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. GOVO will replace any eligible product or part found defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Returned products will be reviewed to determine if full or partial replacement is necessary to ensure functionality.
Warranty claims are valid only if the product was purchased from www.GovoProducts.com or an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your GOVO product, subject to applicable law, and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage or defects caused by improper use, disassembly, alterations, modifications, wear and tear, abuse, or fire. Warranty claims will result in replacement with the same size and color; if unavailable, a similar size and color will be provided.
In no event shall GOVO be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages.

GOVO T5 Bottle 24 oz and 32 oz come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects. GOVO will replace any eligible product or part found defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Returned products will be reviewed to determine if full or partial replacement is necessary to ensure functionality.

This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your GOVO product, subject to applicable law, and covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty claims for T5 Bottles will result in replacement with the same size and color; if unavailable, a similar size and color will be provided.

International and Canada Warranty Claims: If you purchased your GOVO products from an international retailer, please contact the retailer directly to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delays. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or the email address used for purchase for us to verify your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@govoproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you receive the wrong item, this is a mistake on our part, and we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) in original and unused condition as well as the package, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
